As we all know: the main instructional aims of learning English in primary school is to improve the abilities of listening and speaking and their good sense of the English language. So in this lesson I’ll mainly use “Task-based” teaching method. That is to say, I will let the Ss learn in real situations, finish a task by making a survey to help the Ss to get a better understanding of the key structure of the dialogue. 在POST-READING 部分,针对READING部分的相关内容设计了5个练习。第1个练习以选择填空的形式考查学生对课文细节内容的了解。第2-5小题以问句的形式进一步考查学生对课文重点内容的了解。

一、说教材

(一) 教材地位

本节内容是苏教版八年级第五单元第14章第二节植物的有性生殖,本节是第五单元第14章生物的生殖和发育中的第二节。本章主要是学习生物的生殖和发育,使学生懂得生殖和发育是生命的基本特征,各种生物体都要通过生殖和发育来维持种族的延续。因此,本节内容是本章中必不可少的一部分,占有举足轻重的地位。本节内容比较多, 安排了两个课时,我说课的内容是果实和种子的传播,是第二课时。本节课是从果实和种子的结构出发,探究它们适应传播的结构,是对植物进行有性生殖的进一步阐述。

本节课的安排符合学生的认知特点:首先让学生自己课前收集当地常见的成熟的果实和种子,让学生提前对果实和种子的结构有一定的了解,然后通过解剖、观察等试验方法,探究果实和种子适应传播的结构。最后教师播放果实和种子适应传播的视频资料,让学生认识不同植物的果实或种子具有不同的传播方式,完成教学目标。

(二) 教学目标

根据生物教学课程标准的'要求,用新的课程理念,倡导探究性学习,以及学生已有的实际水平,我将本节课的教学目标订为如下: 知识目标:能举例说明果实和种子适应传播的结构特点。

能力目标:通过观察、探究等活动,培养学生观察、分析和探究等能力。

我确定教学重点的依据是:植物为了生存,为了物种的延续,形成了各种各样巧妙的结构,果实和种子具有什么样的结构决定了它们的传播方式是什么,才能体会“结构与功能相适应”的生物学规律,理解起来较为抽象难懂。因此,确立为重点。

二、说教法

果实和种子的传播方式对于生活在城市里的学生来说,比较抽象,因为在日常生活中学生较少注意果实和种子的传播。因此我在教学中会借助多媒体播放有关植物种子传播的视频资料,将抽象的内容直观化,辅以教师的讲解,来突破难点。

本节课主要是以探究实验为主,教师要转变角色,由单纯的传授者转变为设计者、参与者和引导者,充分发挥学生的主体作用。组织学生参与分析,通过质疑、探究、交流和总结来实现教学目标。

三、说学法

由于果实和种子与人类关系比较密切,学生在日常生活中接触较多,有一定的感性认识。初二学生具有一定的观察能力,好奇、好胜心教强,喜欢动手、动脑和参与小组活动,但分析理解和口头表达能力不高。因此,在学法上我注意激发学生的学习兴趣,充分调动学生的学习积极性,引导学生联系实际,让他们看一看,议一议,说一说,自己发现问题、提出问题,一步步探究出结论,从而解决问题,获得知识。

四、说教学过程

良好的教学设想必须通过教学实践来实现,我是这样安排程序的:

一、课的内容:

省编教材高中二年级篮球中的反弹传接球(主教材)与耐久跑(辅教材)。

二、指导思想

本课以山东省高级中学试用课本为依据,结合我校上课的实际情况,来安排教学内容。在教案的设计上本着求实、拓宽、创新、教改的思路展开。注意培养学生的勇敢、顽强、相互帮助、团结协作的的优良品质,从而更好地发展学生的个性。

三、教材分析:

篮球反弹传接球技术是篮球运动中运用较为广泛的一种传接球技术,重点是手控制球的能力,时间、空间的判断能力。难点是传接球的准确性、成功率。耐久跑重点是耐久跑的呼吸节奏和方法,通过不同形式的跑,掌握正确的呼吸方法,发展学生的有氧耐力,提高学生的耐力素质。

四、学情分析:

1、高中学生身心发展渐趋成熟,已经具备了独立思考、判断、概括等能力,在身体锻炼中也具备了较高的基本运动能力。篮球是他们所喜爱的一项运动,有一定基础,但对单个技术的学习并不满足,而对学习对抗性练习特别感兴趣。

2、通过多年的学习,学生已认识到耐久跑是锻炼身体的重要手段之一,但对枯燥乏味、周期性强的耐久跑却心存畏惧,在跑的过程中极易出现呼吸与跑的节奏不相一致的状态,从而影响耐久跑的成绩。

本节课的教学就是让学生把动体与动脑很好地结合起来,给学生提供再认识所学知识、创造性应用所学动作的机会,从而增强教学效果。

五、教学目标:

1、认知目标:学习与了解反弹传接球的技术原理及其在篮球运动中的作用、耐久跑中的一些基本知识。

2、技能目标:通过本次课的学习,使80%以上的学生能掌握反弹传接球中反弹点的位置;90%以上的学生掌握正确的耐久跑呼吸方法。

3、情感目标:激发学生学习的积极性、主动性和创造性,增强学生团结协作和安全保健的意识,培养学生奋发向上的品质。

六、教法设想:

1、反弹传接球采用比较、尝试教学法,使学生在与双手胸前传接球比较、尝试过程中得出反弹传接球的要点,再结合以往所学技术,进行练习,由浅入深,由易到难,逐步提高。培养学生的想象力和创造力。

2、耐久跑采用绕障碍物跑(树)的方法,使内容丰富,增加趣味性。

3、采用练习法,使学生在多次练习中掌握技术;用演示法,使学生的创造成果得到表现和肯定(让部分完成动作较好的同学做演示,教师点评后学生再练习)。

七、学法指导:

本课采用“观察---比较---讨论----练--评价---巩固”的学练流程,同时渗透德育和保健内容,让学生充分领会主动学习和创造性学习的方法。在体验、想象、演示、分析比较和多向交流中形成正确的动作表象,掌握一定的技术技能。

八、教学流程:

一、准备部分:

1、热身→小游戏:反弹传球打猎

教:提出要求、组织指导。

具体做法:全班男女同学各分成两组,一组围成一个圆圈,一组在中间。个面这一组同学利用反弹传接球,尽量使球打到里面这一组学生的身体上。里面这一组同学利用闪转腾挪,想办法躲开球。凡被球打到的同学即被猎杀出局。直到全部被杀出局,然后两组交换。

这个练习既让学生达到了活动身体的目的,尽快进入课堂角色,又提高了学生的课堂情绪,同时让学生在正式接触反弹传接球之前对其有一个初步的认知。

2、徒手操练习:使学生的身体各关节得到充分的活动。

二、基本部分:

(一)主教材--反弹传接球。

示范采用实例演示。(找两个有一定篮球基础的同学配合示范)提问:以前老师讲过,在身前有防守人的时候,传球可以分哪几种?回答:上三路和下三路。师:完全正确。以前我们学过上三路的传球,今天我们要学习的'反弹传接球,就是下三路的传球。道理和上三路的传球一样,以撕破对方的防守完成进攻为最终目的。那么怎么样才能让你的进攻不被对手打断和破坏呢?这就需要你去选择适当的传球时机、选择适当的传球路线、选择适当的传球方法。反弹传接球就是一种行之有效的,杀伤力极强的一种方法。

一、反弹点的选择(两脚外侧);

二、反弹路线的选择(要错开一定的角度);

三、分散对方的注意力。

学:听、看、论、练、演(做得比较好的学生进行下面示范,老师指导纠正)、再练习。

练习:三人一组,进行练习。

(二)辅教材 --耐久跑

教:传授知识、线路指令、讲评练习。

讲解正确的呼吸方法和其它注意事项:

口鼻同时呼吸,吸气时用舌尖抵住上腭,使进入呼吸道的较冷空气得到升温和润化。采用三步一吸三步一呼或两步一吸两步一呼的呼吸节奏。另外身体重心起伏不要过大。跑动路线:绕篮球场地,穿越树木和体育器械跑动。男生:300米×5圈。女生:300米×4圈。

学:障碍跑练习、反馈评价。

整理 ---→ 放松---→小结---→ 回收器材。

1、走跳练习:四步跳;目的是放松学生的肢体。

2、意念放松。诱导语:闭上双眼,想像--阳光明媚,微风拂面,你坐在草地上,闻着花草的芳香,听着轻松的音乐,舒适极了,身心放松,放松,再放松……这个练习目的是让学生的心理得到充分放松。

九、学生身心状态预计:

整堂课练习密度约为:28--32%,练习强度中上,耐久跑时强度达最高峰。

十、场地器材设计:篮球场两块以及田径场周边自然地形,篮球20个。

For me, singing is a life thing. when i am singing on the stage, i feel whole-heartedly involved, and the self-fulfillment it renders is inexplicably thrilling. but with all the realistic problems i need to face in life, all those i want seem too far to be true– so far that i am terrified that i will never ever be able to get there and that gradually i will be carried away by the currents and torrents of life. i’ve been drowned into this ambivalence for so long. now, with a refined perspective towards self-realization, i am waiting, in a graceful posture, and knowing that i am going to get there. and on this, i should say, i owe yoga a thank-you.

I still remember, about one year ago, i attended a yoga course for the very first time. and to tell you the truth, i went there for a nice figure. however, after practicing for some time, i discovered that there was an ineffable inner-strength burgeoning sneakily in me while i totally focused. in order not to let go this significant power, i started to picture all i wanted in my mind while i was fully concentrating, for i believe the wings of imagination could make things possible. i learned to breathe with my dreams, shaping the eagerness into this elegant gesture of persisting.

And now, if you ask me what exactly is “the art of breathing”, i would say it is indeed “the art of living”. it combines the search of balance, the grace of patience, and the awareness of appreciation.

So even though feelings are tied up with life routines, i could still hold onto that free ego which i have always adored: the girl who is singing under the spotlight, with all her heart and soul; the girl who is persevering with all she believes in and always feels grateful for what has been bestowed on her.

That girl is now standing right here in front of you, hoping that you are all as lucky as she is, living with dreams and love. no matter how tough things get, i tell myself, i tell myself that, every single thing i am doing now is every step closer to that very moment of my trajectory, just like every yoga breath to every blossom moment of my life.

The magical power of program appeals to all the programmers, certainly including me.

It is of great convenience for us to simplify or model our complex questions by programming. Furthermore, studying and using programs can enforce us to form our ability of analyzing and logic. Computer language has its regular grammar. How to organize the language into a reasonable calculating method in a high efficiency like speaking easy-understanding and breath-saving words, is an awful challenge for us, and it will be very funny.

Now, software is more and more important in our life, therefore programmer becomes a popular profession, which is one urgent need in the society. For our country, it’s very important to ensure our national security from others, such as Japan. Enhancing military strength makes us pay more attention to the informationalized war that attached intensely to the fundamental function of program and software. It is truth that China has a huge population of 1.4 billion, which means messy things from all the people every day. Also, to govern the society orderly all benefit from information composed by programs.

Take a more closer example, in the classroom, we are graduate students of engineering, and will be occupied in researching and designing work. Thus, not only is programming our tool in study, but also become a weapon that promoting science and technology and producing invention and innovation.
